Data from the second quarter of 2019 is in and Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty has crunched the numbers in the Seattle real estate market. Below we’ve included highlights for single-family and condominiums in the Emerald City.
Seattle Single-Family Homes
Seattle was once again a seller’s market in the second quarter of 2019, settling in at 1.8 months of inventory. Homes sold much more quickly than they did in the first quarter of 2019, selling in an average of 25 days.
The Seattle condominium market continued to see higher levels of inventory in Q2-2019, but these conditions didn’t impact market times, as condominiums sold in an average of 36 days, down from Q1-2019.
