Spring on the Horizon

Throughout the new year, the real estate market has forged ahead at a quick pace. The impending rise in interest rates created a surge of buyers that added to the already high demand which was met with historic-low inventory. Unsurprisingly, this created a competitive real estate market and what little homes were offered for sale were scooped up immediately (and often over asking)

The good news is that spring is just around the corner, which means longer, warmer days and hopefully, a rise in inventory. Spring is always the busiest season of real estate and it's likely many sellers who were waiting on the sidelines will emerge come spring. A boost in inventory could help take the edge off, but 2022 will continue to be a complex market to navigate.

If you're curious about what opportunities are available in this market, I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Warmly,
