The Selling Season Is Here!
Our historically low inventory has continued through the early months of 2022. It's driving a median home price increase, which, paired with rising mortgage rates, has made for a difficult market for homebuyers. The traditional spring homebuying season has arrived and it may offer some relief in the form of increased inventory for those looking to buy homes this year in our competitive market. Prospective sellers, on the other hand, can look forward to a market where multiple offers well above the asking price will continue to be the norm. With that in mind, if you are considering selling your home, sooner rather than later would be the safer bet.
If you’re curious to learn what opportunities are available in this market, I’d be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Warmly,
